Verta Systems – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Verta Systems website, services, and automation tools (“Services”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Services, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. Who We Serve
Verta Systems provides automation setup and digital system design for both individuals and small service-based businesses. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when using our booking forms or communication tools

  • Use our Services only for lawful purposes

  • Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials

  • Not resell, copy, or misuse our tools, templates, or content

We reserve the right to suspend access for misuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

4. Payments and Refunds
Payments for our Services may be made through Stripe or another approved method.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, templates, and branding associated with Verta Systems are owned by us or licensed for use. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse our intellectual property without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Verta Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. We provide automation tools to improve your workflow, but final responsibility for business outcomes remains with you.

7. Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at https://useverta.com/terms-and-conditions/  with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
